Our reputation rests upon the high quality of the machined components we produce. Quality assurance is everyone’s business and getting it right first time and maintaining our AS9100 standards is our primary aim.
As a make-to-print organisation, we manufacture components to our customers requested specifications. Should we find an error, we apply a rigorous “root cause” methodology, and the target is process capability, which is monitored. This keeps the focus on quality, cost and delivery performance.
We have departments dedicated to specific activities, including a goods-inwards inspection department to ensure quality across the board. As well as this, our dedicated quality technicians are fully supported by the latest computerised production and logistical control systems, as well as a comprehensive range of gauges and manual measuring tools, including non-contact measuring to 1 micron.
Our high precision vision system from OGP consistently allows us to tackle the most difficult measurements challenges head on, as well as a shadowgraph and coordinate measuring machine that adds to our high-precision methods. On top of all that, we make use of a gauge calibration database to stay in control of our findings and to keep them in one easy-to-find location.
