When precision matters, don’t settle for “good enough.” At Technoturn, we combine advanced CNC milling service, expert assembly provisions, and decades of experience to deliver components and kits that exceed your expectations – on time, every time.
Based in St Leonards-on-Sea, part of the Techno Group, Technoturn is a family-owned subcontract manufacturing specialist. With over 16,0002 ft of workshop space, AS9100 certification, and a full suite of milling and assembly capability, we are uniquely placed to serve the aerospace, medical, opto-electronics, defence, motorsport and other high-tech sectors.

3-, 4- and 5-axis vertical, single and multi-pallet machining centres, equipped with rotary indexers, spindle coolant, quick-change fixturing, etc. Envelope capability up to ~800mm × 400mm.
AS9100 standards, rigorous inspection and QA, secondary operations (grinding, etc.), management of subcontracted processes such as heat treatment and plating. You get parts “ready to line.”
Mechanical assembly, bonding, even electrical fitting, kits supplied in bespoke packaging. For sectors with zero margin for error: aerospace, medical, etc.
Whether small R&D projects or large production batches; scheduled deliveries, Kanban systems; ability to adapt – small quantities or high volumes.
Our experienced team isn’t just “run the machines” – we advise on design, help optimise for manufacturing, reduce costs, and smooth out supply chain risks.

At Technoturn, we don’t just cut metal – we bring your ideas to life with precision, speed, and consistency.
Need accuracy and efficiency? Our 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centres give us the flexibility to handle everything from intricate prototypes to larger batch runs. With envelopes up to 800mm × 400mm, fast fixture changes and rotary indexers, we keep projects moving while holding the tight tolerances your sector demands.
We also go beyond single components. Whether it’s mechanical assembly, bonding or adding electrical fittings, we supply fully built assemblies or neatly packaged kits – delivered exactly how you need them. Bespoke packaging keeps everything safe, so your parts arrive ready to use straight from the box.

Multi-axis, multi-pallet machines with all the extras for high-accuracy work.

Sliding head, fixed head, shafts up to 2m – complementing our milling capability.

AS9100 accreditation, full traceability, and thorough inspection processes.

From one-off prototypes to full production batches, Kanban systems and scheduled deliveries.
Simply put: the right machines, the right people, and the right processes to get your job done right first time.
When it comes to precision assemblies and a well-oiled CNC milling service, you don’t need another supplier – you need a partner who can deliver quality without compromise. At Technoturn, that’s exactly what we do.

1. What tolerances can Technoturn achieve in CNC milling and precision assemblies?
We work to very tight tolerances, suitable for aerospace and medical applications. Specific tolerances vary by material, geometry and finish; our team will confirm on a quote. All parts go through robust inspection to ensure they meet the required specifications.
2. Which materials can you machine and assemble?
We handle a wide range of metals and alloys commonly used in high-spec industries, plus non-metals where required. If you have a material not often used, talk to us – we’ll assess feasibility and performance.
3. Can you handle small runs/prototypes as well as large batch work?
Yes. Technoturn is structured to be flexible: from prototyping and R&D, through to full high-volume production, complete with assembly or kit build. We also provide scheduled deliveries, Kanban, etc.
4. Do you offer design for manufacturability (DFM) support?
Yes. We can review your drawings or concepts to suggest modifications that simplify machining, reduce cost, improve yields or make assembly easier without compromising function. Our experience across sectors helps us spot potential issues early.
5. How are assemblies shipped or packaged?
We provide bespoke protective packaging for assemblies and kits, especially for sensitive or intricate components. We can ship direct in the UK or export globally, ensuring components arrive safely and ready to use.
